SHIPPING
We ship out of Melbourne, Victoria 1 after payment is received from you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. You will be responsible to pay us for any additional costs arising as a result of any errors or omissions in your shipping address.
All products will be in working order when we dispatch them to you, we are not responsible for any damage that is caused to the products you have purchased during shipping. Risk in the products passes to you as soon as the products leave our warehouse. We will not insure the products during delivery to you. You are responsible for risk in the products during shipping. If there are any issues with your delivery (including faults, damage or missing products) you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not notify us within 24 hours, we will deem the products to be have bene delivered in good order and without incident.

LOCAL SHIPMENTS (Melbourne Metro):
We do not charge you for shipping within the Melbourne metropolitan area. We use our best endeavors to ensure that all items are shipped the business day following receipt of payment from you via Australia Post with tracking information. DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (Australia):
We will charge you a $10.00 flat rate for shipping for all shipping addresses outside the Melbourne metropolitan area. All items for destinations outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area are shipped within 3 days following receipt of payment from you via Australia Post with tracking information. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship internationally for fixed flat rates.
